PRIVACY & DATA / UPDATED 27 OCTOBER 2026
Your details.
Handled with care.
This notice covers the Set Editor Pro website at seteditor.com. To ask about your data, contact info@seteditor.com.
When you send a request
We store the name and email you provide, optional keyboard model and message, request type, consent time, and advertising source or campaign. We use these to respond, manage trial or early-order requests, and send launch news if you joined the waitlist. Early-order requests are reservations; order details are arranged by email. No payment details are collected.
Website statistics
We count landing page visits, selected call-to-action clicks, and successful requests. We record the page path, referring website’s hostname, and campaign labels. A daily rotating identifier estimates daily visitors using a keyed hash of your IP address and browser user agent. The analytics database does not store your raw IP address or full referring URL. Hashing reduces the data we retain; it does not make visitor estimates perfectly anonymous or accurate.
Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Your hosting provider may keep separate access logs under its own retention settings. There are no third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts in this website.
Cookies
A first-party session cookie provides form security, remembers the first campaign source during your session, and supports private dashboard sign-in. It is not an advertising cookie. Its lifetime is the browser session. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
Storage, access, and retention
Requests and statistics are stored in a private database on the website’s hosting. The site administrator can view, export, and delete requests. We keep enquiries while they are needed to respond or manage waitlist and early-order requests. You can request deletion at any time. No submitted sets, sample files, or machine IDs are requested by this website.
